As-is, no warranty
Every vehicle at F&F Motors is sold as-is, with no warranty expressed or implied. F&F Motors does not provide dealer warranties or service contracts, and vehicle sales are final.
What as-is means
You buy the vehicle in its current condition. The dealer does not provide a warranty for any repairs after the sale, so any repairs the vehicle needs after you buy it are your responsibility.
The Buyers Guide window sticker
Federal rules require a Buyers Guide on used vehicles offered for sale. On every F&F Motors vehicle, the Buyers Guide is marked “AS IS – NO DEALER WARRANTY.” Ask to see it on any car you are considering.
Before you buy
- Test drive it. Book a test drive from the vehicle’s page, or walk in during store hours.
- Get an inspection. You are welcome to bring your own mechanic to inspect the vehicle before you buy.
- Read the history report. A vehicle history report is available for every vehicle we list.
- Check for recalls. Look up open safety recalls by VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls.
No returns
Vehicle sales are final. F&F Motors does not accept returns or exchanges, so take the time you need to check a vehicle before you sign. Browse inventory.
This page is a plain-language summary, not legal advice. Your signed purchase documents and the vehicle’s Buyers Guide set the terms of your sale.
